When placing your order:

• Name, Pick-up Date, Pick-up Time, and Phone Number are REQUIRED!
• Phone number is required in case we need to contact you about your order.
• Please share your receipt, your name, and the last 4 digits of your phone number when picking up.

Pick-Up Date Policy

• Please note that order pick-up dates cannot be moved earlier, only postponed to a later date.

Catering Policy

• Only available at our Ridgefield location.
• You must only add catering products to your cart—if cakes are added, pickup locations will not show up.

Full-Sheet and Tier Cake Orders:

• Please bring at least 2 people to carry your order.

Trips Over 30 Minutes:

• We recommend bringing ice packs to ensure the cake remains in the best condition.
